Terms and Conditions of Travel Cash Team Affiliate Program
Effective Date: 07 April 2025
These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern the participation of affiliates (“Affiliate”, “You”, or “Your”) in the Travel Cash Team affiliate program (“Program”) hosted by Travel Cash Team (“We”, “Our”, or “Company”). By joining and participating in the Program, You agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Affiliate Responsibilities
As an Affiliate, you agree to:
- Promote the Travel Cash Team products, including the eBook and other associated materials, solely through the affiliate link provided to you.
- Engage in ethical marketing practices, and avoid fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise unethical behavior in connection with the promotion of the Company’s products or services.
- Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your affiliate links and personal access credentials.
If you fail to actively promote the affiliate links, you will not earn commissions, regardless of the sales or leads generated through other means. The commission is solely earned through active promotion via the provided affiliate link.
2. Commission and Payment
- Commission: Affiliates are entitled to a commission as specified on the affiliate platform for each sale made through their referral link.
- Payment: Commissions will be paid according to the payout terms described in the affiliate portal. All payments are final, and no refunds or reversals will be made once the commission has been paid.
No Refund on Commissions
Once a commission has been paid to you, no refunds will be issued, regardless of any subsequent claims or disputes that may arise regarding the sales made through your affiliate link. The commission is earned when the customer purchases through your link and is confirmed by the Company.
3. No Rights to the eBook or Content
You understand that the Travel Cash Team eBook and associated content are copyrighted works. You may not claim ownership or modify the content in any way. No rights can be derived from the eBook, and any errors or omissions in the eBook are not the responsibility of Travel Cash Team. The Company is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the eBook or its contents.
4. Termination of Affiliate Status
Travel Cash Team reserves the right to terminate or suspend any Affiliate’s account, without notice, for the following reasons:
- Violation of any part of this Agreement.
- Engaging in unethical, misleading, or fraudulent activities.
- Failing to comply with any applicable laws or regulations.
- If we suspect that an Affiliate is attempting to manipulate or defraud the Program or the payment system.
Upon termination, all pending commissions will be forfeited, and the Affiliate will no longer be eligible to receive any further payments.
5. Affiliate Link Use and Promotional Restrictions
Affiliates must only use the official affiliate links provided by Travel Cash Team for the promotion of the products and services. Any other means of promotion (e.g., unauthorized landing pages, paid ads, email campaigns, or social media posts) are strictly prohibited unless agreed upon in writing with Travel Cash Team.
Affiliates may not:
- Misrepresent or exaggerate the benefits or characteristics of the products or services.
- Use deceptive marketing tactics to obtain clicks or sales.
- Purchase the products through their own affiliate link or engage in “self-referrals.”
6. Liability and Disclaimers
- No Liability for Errors: The Company is not liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the content of the eBook or other associated materials. The Affiliate acknowledges and agrees that no guarantees are made regarding the success or outcomes that may result from using the products promoted.
- No Liability for Affiliate’s Marketing: The Company is not responsible for any damage or loss caused by the Affiliate’s marketing efforts, nor for any third-party claims resulting from the Affiliate’s actions or use of the Affiliate link.
7. Changes to the Program or Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the affiliate program, or amend these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify Affiliates of any significant changes to the Program or Terms. Continued participation in the Program following any changes will constitute acceptance of those changes.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert jurisdiction, e.g., the Netherlands]. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable laws and jurisdiction. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [insert jurisdiction] for any disputes that may arise.
9. Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications.
- Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of that provision or of any other provision.
By participating in the Travel Cash Team Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
