1. Subject Matter

This DPA governs the processing of personal data by the Processor on behalf of the Controller in connection with services provided by the Processor.

2. Scope and Purpose of Processing

The Processor shall assist the Controller in responding to data subject requests under Articles 12–23 of the GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, and data portability requests.

7. Breach Notification

The Processor shall notify the Controller without undue delay upon becoming aware of any personal data breach affecting the Controller’s data.

8. Data Deletion or Return

Upon termination of services or at the Controller’s request, the Processor shall delete or return all personal data unless retention is required by applicable law.

9. Audits

The Controller has the right to audit the Processor’s compliance with this DPA upon providing reasonable notice.

10. Governing Law

This DPA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of  WO USA
